My way of working
You can bring any issue to a session, whether it is something physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
We will investigate how it is affecting you and we will work together to create the right conditions for the best outcome.
We will gather information from many aspects of your life, using muscle-testing or dowsing to make sure we are on the right track.
The session will include some – or all – of the following elements: discussion, reflection, therapeutic touch, physical movement and relaxation.
Working in-person usually involves some physical contact, such as holding acupressure points on the body, during which you remain fully clothed.
Working remotely is essentially the same as working in-person but without the element of physical contact, and it can lead to even deeper levels of insight.
At its heart, a session is simply a meeting between you and me, an hour set aside to work intentionally on your health and wellbeing.
