A Session with Me

A session is a dedicated space to focus intentionally on your health and wellbeing. It’s a time of presence, partnership and possibility.

Whatever brings you here – whether it’s a physical, emotional or mental issue – we’ll explore how it’s affecting you and co-create the conditions for clarity, healing and transformation.

I work primarily with kinesiology, a powerful modality that draws on both Eastern and Western traditions to support your body’s natural capacity to heal and thrive. Within this, I incorporate bioenergetic scanning using the Energy4Life Wellness System – offering a unique, integrated approach to your wellbeing.

Session length: 1 hour–1 hour 30 minutes.

Kinesiology 

Kinesiology is a holistic system that listens to the body’s intelligence. Through gentle techniques and energetic awareness, we work together to address imbalances and restore flow on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and energetic.

How We’ll Work

• Begin by exploring your current concerns and intentions for the session

• Use muscle testing or dowsing to access your body’s wisdom and guide our process

• Include bioenergetic scanning (E4L Wellness System) to gain a broader overview of your energetic health

• Apply personalised techniques as needed – including open conversation, reflective inquiry, therapeutic touch, gentle movement, or deep relaxation

Sessions are available in-person or remotely:

• In-person: May involve light touch, always fully clothed and with clear consent

• Remotely: Equally deep and effective, working with intention and focus to access subtle layers of awareness

Bioenergetic Scanning

As part of your session, I may use Energy4Life bioenergetic scanning software – a non-invasive tool that offers a big-picture view of your energy system. It helps us identify areas of stress, depletion or imbalance that may be influencing your health and vitality.

The scan may explore:

• Flow of energy and information through your system

• Areas of energetic stress or depletion

• Emotional and mental patterns impacting wellbeing

• Nutritional, environmental, and lifestyle influences

• Infoceuticals (energetic remedies) that may support balance

Note: The scan does not diagnose medical conditions, but it does provide meaningful insight into the subtle dynamics at play in your system.

After Your Session

You may receive:

• Personalised lifestyle or energy-based practices

• A report with recommendations based on your scan results

• Access to your scan results for further reflection

• Infoceuticals – liquid remedies to support your body’s natural healing processes
